When booking in advance we issue you a contract before you send in any money.

You return a copy of the contract along with the deposit*.  This amount is deducted from the total payment.  The balance will be due the day of the wedding.

Cancellations up to 120 days before the wedding will get a full refund of your deposit -- No matter what the reason.

We consistently upgrade our fleet, so if your wedding is a year or more from today you may get a upgrade from what you see here today.
